Samsung before unlock request

Attention:

Samsung  codes come from Samsung database, they are 100% correct!  No refund absolutly for Samsung! If you do not agree do not order! If carrier change the code, we are not responsible! If phone does not ask for code, we are not responsible!

if your phone has firmware version 4.1.2 Do not order! because code may not work unless you downgrade it! *If your phone has the firmware version / baseband that is not supported, you may be required to downgrade the firmware in order to unlock.  No refunds are given if you have the non supported firmware version / baseband

Important: If you have a Samsung Galaxy S3, S4, Note 2, Note 3 or your Android version is Android 4.4 (KITKAT) Please read!

All SAMSUNG devices manufactured after the date of JULY 2013 and Samsung devices running on Android version is Android 4.4 (KITKAT) are subject to REGION LOCKING.

If your phone has been used previously with the original carrier, this will not apply to you. However, if your device is BRAND NEW, your must activate it with the original carrier.

If your Samsung device becomes Region locked, you will not be able to fully factory Unlock your Samsung devices so it can be used internationally. Even the correct code will not work anymore.

In order for your Samsung device NOT to be region locked, you MUST activate (FIRST USE) your S3, S4, NOTE 2, NOTE 3 with your ORIGINAL carrier at least ONCE to take your region lock OFF. After your Region lock is off, you can Sim Unlock your device via Unlock Code.

*All Canadian Carriers are NOT subject to Region Locking
*All USA and European Carriers ARE subject to Region Locking

Region lock is removed automatically after you activate your device with its original carrier. Make some call's before sim unlock.
( Insert an active original sim card into the device and make a few calls to activate the phone and bypass the region lock. Once you've activated the phone, you can input the unlock code.)

Trouble Shooting:

"Phone Freeze" Message What do I do?

Phone freeze is a result of the incorrect code being inputted incorrectly too many times, which means your Samsung device is Hardlocked.  You will require a Defreeze code and a Network Code to Unlock your phone.

* If you received multiple codes from us in the format below, use the Phone freeze instructions above.

Example:

NETWORK=xxxxxxxx; PROVIDER=xxxxxxxx; SUBPROVIDER=xxxxxxxx; DEFREEZE=xxxxxxxx

* If you received a Single code from us, you only have the network code.  If you are receiving the "phone freeze" message, you will require a Defreeze code from one of the manufacturer methods.  You can contact us directly regarding this.

"Code Error" or "Sim Network Unlock Unsuccessful" What do I do?

* Please check your IMEI number by pressing *#06#, this is the most common reason the code doesn't work.  If the first 15 digits which appear is different from the 15 digit IMEI number provided above, please reply directly to this E-mail.

Otherwise try the following below:

Once it's on go to phone dial screen and DIAL: *7465625*638*#
it will bring you to the NETWORK LOCK screen.

check here for list of codes: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mobile_Network_Code

*If your network has more than one mcc/mnc please try all of them this is very important

- hit OK
- you should get a message: LOCK SUCCESSFUL

Power phone down, insert SIM card you want your phone to work with and power on.

I can make Calls and Text but I'm not getting Internet Service.

In this case you will need to adjust what's called the APN settings.  The APN settings vary depending on the service provider you are trying to use.  Please contact your service provider and they can assist you setting this up.  There is no separate unlock for data or internet.  If you can call or text, your phone's network is fully unlocked.

My Phone is asking for the "PUK" or "Security Pin" or "Password"

If your phone is asking for one of the above, it is the Simcard personal password or phone security password NOT the Network Lock which we provide for you.  You can contact your service provider for this.  Once you bypass this, you can use the Network Unlock Code provided by us.

My Phone seems to be unlocked but I'm not getting any signal

First of all, we do request you contact the service provider to make sure after unlocking your device, your unlocked phone will be compatible on their network.  Not all GSM phones are compatible with any Network after unlocking it.  The unlocked phone must be able to support the Network's Frequency.  If you are unsure of this, please contact them regading this.

After unlocking your phone, please pull the battery for a couple minutes and then restart the device.  It may take a few minutes for your phone to pick up the new signal. Also go to your Network settings on your phone, and make sure the device can detect the signal from the simcard you are trying use.
